Applied Machinery Sales announces the addition of the Multifarmer 40.9 and the Turbofarmer 45.11 to its fleet of telehandlers. As the official importer of world class Merlo telehandlers, Applied Machinery Sales has a large fleet of available telehandlers, and these two additions bring some innovations to the fleet.

“Our goal is to provide versatile products for our customers, who know and value the benefit of Merlo’s quality machines,” said a company spokesperson. “We feel that the new additions to these two machines make them valuable assets to our fleet, and we know our customers will be excited about the changes they bring.”

The Multifarmer 40.9 boasts a three-point hitch and multiple hydraulic outlets on the rear of the machine, extending its functions beyond the traditional telehandler uses. The comfortable cab is air conditioned and pressurized with an air filtration system for operator comfort. Available attachments for the Multifarmer include platforms, manure forks with claw, loaders, grapples for bales and bale forks.

The Turbofarmer 45.11 has the widest cab in the industry that is enclosed, filtered, pressurized and air conditioned, protecting the operator when working in dusty conditions. An included MCDC display, joystick control and stability indicator help ensure stability of the machine while providing easy control of boom extraction and retraction, attachment coupling and uncoupling, among other tasks. The Boom Side Shift system on the Turbofarmer uses a reversible cooling fan, while the telescopic boom itself is simplistic in design to ensure effectiveness without confusing controls.

Together, these two new additions round out the offerings of Applied Machinery Sales.
